Question:
I love the idea of a quick facelift and just read about the mini facelift. I have the beginning of jowls, lumps of skin and fat on my lower jaw. I also have a lot of loose skin on my neck. Can both of these issues be addressed with the mini facelift? What is the recovery time for this procedure?
Answer:
A mini-facelift is a procedure that is primarily used to address the jowls and jawline. If one stands in the mirror and pulls back a little bit at the jawline and likes what they see, this is typically the improvement one would see with a mini-facelift. In this practice we refer to this as a weekend facelift that is covered extensively on our website. This has a recovery period of several days and most patients return to work within one week.
