Question:

I am completely flat chested. It is possible for me to get breast augmentation? Are there any special considerations?

Answer:

Many women who have very small breasts or are flat chested can get breast augmentation. It just means that the appropriate implant has to be chosen, meaning an implant needs to fit your chest and fit the available skin that is there to cover the implant. Using an implant that is too big would not only stretch out the skin but may have concerns with bottoming out of the implant as well.
