New England Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Center is committed to providing a competent, and efficient team of registered nurses and physicians with the primary focus being the health care needs of the patients.
Within the building of New England Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Center is a free standing ambulatory surgery center under the direction of Edwin F. Williams III M.D. F.A.C.S. and a nursing staff specifically trained in facial plastic surgery. The surgery center is composed of a pre-operative area, two fully equipped operating rooms and recovery room to offer the patient comfort and safety.

Dr. Edwin Williams, our medical director and founder of The Williams Center provides details on a typical patient experience at our Plastic Surgery Center and touches on new and existing safety precautions we are implementing to be sure we are continuing to provide patients with the very best patient care and safety.

Billing Information
We support price transparency. For our patients to understand their potential financial liability for outpatient surgery services, we are making our charges available to patients. Outpatient charges vary based on the type of care provided. The price can differ from patient to patient for the same services. The price will be different for complications or different treatment for the patient’s personal health condition. For a price estimate, please submit your request via email to info@williamssurgery.com
Standard Outpatient Surgery Charges
Please see the following list of standard outpatient surgery charges. These charges do not include charges for services provided by physicians or advanced practitioners (ex. Anesthesiologists, attending physicians, pathologists, surgeons, etc.)
It is also important for you to know that the physician services you receive at the surgery center are not included with the facility charges. Physician’s bill for their services separately and may or may not participate in the same health plans as the surgery center. You should check with the physician arranging your outpatient surgery services to determine which plans that physician participates in.

If we do not participate in the network of a patient’s or prospective patient’s health care plan the following disclosures will be made:
- Prior to the provision of non-emergency services, inform the patient or prospective patient that the amount or estimated amount for the patient will be billed for health care services is available upon request.
- Upon receipt of a patient or prospective patient’s request, the amount or the estimated amount (in writing) the patient will be billed for health care services, absent unforeseen medical circumstances that may arise when the health care services are provided.
Note: An ASC needs only disclose a schedule of fees provided.
