Breast implants do have a lifetime warranty. It is a warranty that covers manufacturer defect. If something should happen to the implant due to defect in manufacturing, then the implants would be replaced and the manufacturer will also pay a certain amount that will go towards the operating room, anesthesia and the surgery itself. All manufacturers are different. Therefore, details on each individual manufacturer can be given to your surgeon.
