A mini facelift can essentially improve the jaw line, whereas a traditional facelift offers more improvement in the region of the neck. One should always be aware that a mini facelift will not offer dramatic improvement, but can give subtle enhancements, whereas a traditional facelift more often has a more dramatic effect on the lower face and neck.
