Question:

I have lost over 70 pounds and I have a lot of loose sagging skin. I have heard a body lift can fix this but are there any less invasive alternatives?

Answer:

Unfortunately, after massive weight loss such as yours there is going to be a significant amount of excess skin, again, especially in the lower abdomen, the thighs and the buttocks and the body lift in the best procedure to address all of these at once. There is no nonsurgical way to removal all of this excess skin and a less invasive procedure such as an abdominoplasty or even an extended abdominoplasty would address the tummy and possible the thighs but it would not address the posterior thighs or the buttocks. Again, only the body lift can address all of these issues at once correcting all of the sagging skin and shaping and contouring the body.
