Breast reconstruction after mastectomy can be done with two different approaches. One is using an implant based reconstruction and one is using your own tissue for reconstruction. Dr. Polynice would have to do a thorough examination and consultation to determine which option would be best for you but both options can provide a very long lasting excellent result following mastectomy.
