This is a 46-year-old female who came to us with concerns about her breasts. She had very large pendulous breasts which are very droopy and she wanted them lifted and shaped, she also wanted her back sculpted. The patient underwent a breast lift with a small reduction. The results at 3 months show excellent shape of the breasts with a beautiful contour, nice projection and cleavage and the breasts are holding themselves up. The patient is extremely pleased and now will continue with massaging and scar management to help her scars continue to fade and improve
