This lovely 56 year old came to us looking to get rid of excess skin that resulted from having four children within four years. She also had abdominal muscle separation (rectus diastasis). She was very happy after her lower body lift with repair of her abdominal muscles to improve her core strength (rectus diastasis repair).

39-year-old sweet patient who due to previous surgery and pregnancy was left with unsightly scarring and excess lower abdominal skin. She had been self-conscious for many years and was unable to wear normal clothing or even show anyone her stomach. Nobody knew what things looked like under her bulky, loose clothing. Now, after her tummy tuck with lipo 360, she is able to confidently wear form-fitting clothing and show her stomach!

As a result of her weight loss, as well as having two children, she was left with abdominal muscle separation (rectus diastasis) and excess skin. This is a 40 year old female who was concerned about loose skin along her abdomen. She did not have a lot of excess fat so she was a great candidate for a tummy tuck to tighten up her abdomen. This patient is now 7 months status post abdominoplasty with liposuction and revision breast surgery where we removed all saline implants did capsulectomies and replaced with new smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. The patient also had a bilateral peri-areolar mastopexy. She has an excellent result with a very nice shape and contour of the breast and abdomen. Her scars are maturing nicely and she is extremely pleased with the results. The patient will continue with scar massage and scar management and follow-up as needed
