This patient had textured silicone implants that were recalled she needed to have them replaced. Since she was doing her breasts she decided to get Lipo 360 & BBL because she wanted more shape to her waist and better projection of the buttocks. She underwent an implant exchange and BBL and now is 3 mos. out from her surgery and feels amazing, confident and loves going to the gym again.

This patient from Oneida, NY is a 22 year old female who was concerned with excess fat along her abdomen and flanks. She had extensive lipo-sculpting of her abdomen, flanks, and waistline. This patient also had fat transfer of 800 cc to the buttock, 400 cc into each buttock. The patients own fat is injected to help reshape and contour the buttock region. It can take a number of months before all the swelling after lipo-sculpture goes away. The post-operative photos show results at three months with significant improvement in the contour of her buttock, flanks and abdomen.
