The patient underwent a bilateral breast reduction where we also lifted shaped and sculpted the breasts and we performed liposuction of the back and bra line.

She underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to the back, flanks and abdomen and reconstructin of her abdominal muscles. The patient also had a breast lift. The total amount of lipsuction done with the tummy tuck was 2.4 liters and the total amount of skin and fat removed was 5 lbs.

This is a 58-year-old male from the Bronx, NY, is 6'2" tall, weighing 180 pounds who was interested in definition of the abdomen. He wanted to really see his six-pack in his abs. The patient did not really work out. He was in relatively good health but again was not very active at the gym and wanted more definition therefore he underwent abdominal etching where we sculpted the abs to define the six-pack muscles as well as the oblique muscles. He also had liposuction of the flanks to further define the waist. The results at three months show excellent definition of the abs with sculpting and etching of the abdominal musculature.

This patient is a 22 year old female from Oneida, NY. She was concerned with excess fat along her flanks and abdomen. She had fat transfers to the buttocks and also extensive lipo-sculpting of her abdomen, flanks and waistline. Often multiple procedures are done at the same time. It can take a number of months for the swelling from lipo-sculpture to go away. Liposuction is one of the most common body plastic surgery procedures performed at the Plastic Surgery Center at Williams.
Liposuction involves the removal of fat in specific problem areas (thighs, stomach, etc.) with small tubes connected to a vacuum aspiration device.
Before and after liposuction photos show patients looking slimmer and more toned after having the procedure.
Liposuction reduces the net number of fat cells, making it more difficult to gain weight again in the treated areas. Although it does not cause weight loss, liposuction can result in patients looking like they’ve lost a significant amount of weight.
