This is a 56-year-old patient who came for a consultation following a massive weight loss of 170lbs. She has had 2 pregnancies, one of which being a C-section. She wanted to address the loose skin and excess fat in the abdomen, her breasts, and her arms. Dr. Polynice decided that a lower body lift, breast lift, and lipo360. This would address her abdomen, loose skin on the thighs and arms, as well as her breasts. Results are shown at 3 months post-op.

This is a 37 year old female who wanted a mommy makeover. She had two pregnancies and as a result she developed a lot of excess skin and fat along the abdomen and drooping of the breasts. She had enough of her own breast tissue to create a very nice shape and contour so she underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the back, flanks and abdomen and a bilateral breast lift to shape and sculpt the breasts. A little over 4850cc of liposuction fat was removed and the skin and fat of the lower abdomen weighed 2618 grams which is almost 6 lbs. This is a 39 year old female patient who is 5 ft 1 in tall and weighs 133 lbs. This patient had three pregnancies delivered by c-section and as a result she developed a lot of excess skin along the abdomen and weakness of the abdominal muscles. She breast fed all three children which caused noticeable sagging of the breasts. Her Mommy Makeover procedure included a Tummy Tuck with Lipo 360, which allowed us to sculpt her back and waist along with the tummy. She also had tightening of her abdominal muscles (aka repair of Diastasis) to reconstruct her core. The breasts were lifted and shaped with a Mastopexy or Breast Lift, creating a very nice result using the patients own tissues.

This patient is now 7 months status post abdominoplasty with liposuction and revision breast surgery where we removed all saline implants did capsulectomies and replaced with new smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. The patient also had a bilateral peri-areolar mastopexy. She has an excellent result with a very nice shape and contour of the breast and abdomen. Her scars are maturing nicely and she is extremely pleased with the results. The patient will continue with scar massage and scar management and follow-up as needed

This is a 45 year old female who was interested in a mommy makeover. She had concerns about her abdomen, flanks, buttocks, and her breasts. This amazing and natural transformation was achieved by doing a lower body lift which includes a tummy tuck with lipo 360, a thigh lift and buttocks lift. She also had a breast augmentation with smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. The implants were 360cc, placed under the muscle with a small incision under the breast.
