Pre-op Size: small B-cup Post-op Size: full D-cup Left side implant: 360 cc Right Side Implant: 375 cc Post-op: 3 months. 25 Year old female with small B-Cup breasts she wanted to be a full D. Pre-op her Left breast was slightly larger. Post-op shows patient at 3 months after silicone implants were placed under the muscle. The incision was under the breast. The right side implant was 375 cc and the Left 360 cc for symmetry.

Implants: 275cc Post-op: 2 months. This is a 28yr old female with small A-cup “deflated” breasts following 2 pregnancies. Results at 2 months after breast augmentation with 275cc implants placed in a sub pectoral ( below the muscle) pocket.

This patient had a breast augmentation in conjunction with a mommy makeover surgery. She is 3 months post op in these photos.

This is a 34-year-old patient who underwent a bilateral breast lift with augmentation. The patient wanted more volume and fullness and a little lift. This was achieved with a breast lift with implant, also known as a mastopexy augmentation. The lift was performed with a techniques placing the scar around the areola only. We used a smooth round silicone implant, in this case 485cc. The implant was placed under the muscle through the same incision used for the lift The results at 3 years show a natural shape and contour and she is very pleased.

This 44-year-old patient came in interested in breast enhancement. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She is very flat chested and wanted more volume, projection and fullness. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle via a small incision under the breasts. The results at 3 months show very nice shape and contour, very nice fullness with breasts that fit her frame nicely.
