This 56 year old female who was looking for a breast enhancement. She wanted to go up a cup size but still wanted a very natural soft result. This is a 40 year old female who underwent bilateral breast augmentation by Breast and Body Specialist Dr. Alain Polynice. She wanted a fuller but till natural look. Results here are shown at 6 months after breast augmentation was performed with 275 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants placed in a sub-pectoral pocket. This patient came into our Albany office wanting fuller breasts but still wanted a natural look. The patient had a bilateral breast augmentation with Dr. Alain Polynice, Breast & Body Specialist. This approach was with an incision in the inframammary fold (the place where the breast and the chest meet). The scar is almost imperceptive. This was achieved by placing 435cc round silicone implants under the muscle. This patient was given a non-narcotic pain relief system for increased post-op comfort, known as a pain pump.

Pre-Op size: 32 A Post-Op size: 32 C This patient from Nassau, NY had a breast augmentation to correct asymmetry; in her case her left breast was slightly larger. She was given High Profile Inspira Style Smooth Round implants placed under the muscle. The right side was given 345cc’s and the left side 295cc’s. The procedure was done under local anesthesia with sedation and took one hour. This patient was given a pain pump, a non-narcotic pain relief system for increased post-op comfort.

Her right breast was slightly smaller than her left. She wanted to be a full c cup but still with a natural look. Results at 9 months patient had silicone implants placed under the muscle. 304 cc on the left and 371 cc on the right. This was done for symmetry because her right side was smaller. Pre-op Size: A-cup Post-op Size: C-cup This is a 56 year old female who wanted breast enhancement with a natural look.  She went from an A-cup to a C-cup.  She has a very soft and natural look.  The procedure was done under local anesthesia with sedation.

This is a 29 year old female from Queensbury, NY who was interested in a breast augmentation. She did have uneven breasts with her right breast being smaller than her left and for this reason, we used slightly different implants. She also had significant space between the breasts as well. On the right we chose a smooth, round, moderate, profile silicone implant 520 cc and the left 445 cc. Sometimes it is necessary to use different implants to achieve the best symmetry and volume match. These implants were placed under the muscle with an incision in the inframammary fold. These results are at one year.
