This is a 19 year old female, who is 5’6” and weighs 165 lbs, with symptoms of severe back pain related to her large breasts.  She underwent a bilateral breast reduction.  535 grms of breast tissue was removed from the right side and 516 grms from the left.  Total removed (2.3 lbs).  The patient has complete relief of her symptoms and is now more able to do all of her physical activities.

This patient is a 36 year old woman, whos is 5’6” and weighs 165lbs, had a breast reduction with 490 grms removed from the right side and 480 grms removed from the left (total removed 2.1 lbs)

This 29 year old patient, who is 5'4" and weighs 156 lbs., who underwent a bilateral breast reduction. 497 grams were removed from the right breast and 466 grams from the left breast (total 21lbs). The patient still has a full look that fits her body but her symptoms of back pain have completely resolved.

Post-op: 3 months. This patient, who is 36 years old, 5'6" and weighs 185 lbs., had symptoms related to her large breasts such as back pain, deep grooves in her shoulders from the straps and rashes under the breasts.  The post op photo is her result at 3 months after a breast reduction.  The total amount of tissue removed:  right side 522 grams, left side 504 grams.

Post-op: 3 months. This 60 year old female, who was 5'6" and weighed 170 lbs., with large ptotic (droopy) breasts was concerned with the size and shape of her breasts.  Results are at 3 months after she had a breast lift with a small reduction to lift, shape and sculpt her breasts.  Only about 190-200 gms of breast tissue was removed from each breast.

This is a 53 year old female from Saratoga Springs, NY, who came to us with symptoms related to her breasts. The patient had very large breasts that were causing back pain, bra strap furrowing at the shoulders and chronic rashes under the breasts. These large breasts also interfered with her daily activities. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction to not only reduce the size of her breasts but more importantly to lift, shape and sculpt her breasts. Since the procedure, she has been completely alleviated from her symptoms. We can see the results at six months following the bilateral breast reduction with a lollipop shaped scar. The scars are already fading nicely and the patient is very pleased with her results.

This is a 45 year old female from the upstate area of Delmar, NY who came in for evaluation for her breasts, trunk and thighs. The patient's main concern was breast ptosis or drooping. She wanted her breasts lifted and shaped The patient had a breast lift or mastoplexy where all of her breast tissue was used to lift, shape, and sculpt her breasts creating a beautiful shape and contour of the breasts but of course, using her own tissue which gave her a natural result. The results are at six months after the procedure.

This a 49-year-old female who presented with symptoms related to large breasts, namely she had back pain, shoulder pain and deep grooves where her bra straps dug into her shoulders. She also had chronic rashes under the breast for many years. These symptoms persisted despite conservative management and therapy the patient underwent a bilateral breast reduction in order to alleviate her symptoms, in this case we removed 500 g of breast tissue per side and the remaining breast tissue was lifted, shaped and sculpted in order to create a breast mound that was smaller but fit her body nicely. The results shown are at three months post-op. The patient is very pleased with her results and her symptoms have resolved completely.

This is a 66 year old female with very asymmetrical breasts. Her breasts were also very large causing her back pain.  Her results are three months after having a breast reduction to improve her symptoms and correct the asymmetry. In her specific case 540 grams of breast tissue was removed from the right side and 700 grams from the left side, thus giving her a more symmetrical look.

This is a 50 year old female with large DD cup breasts causing her back pain and rashes under her breasts.  This patient had a breast reduction to alleviate her symptoms. She still wanted to have a fuller look to fit her body.   In her case about 300 grams of breast tissue was removed per side giving her a full C cup or small D cup post-op.  Results are 3 months post-operative.

Pre-op Size: 36DD Post-op:18 months. This is a 55 year old with complaints of back pain related to her large breasts. She had a bilateral breast reduction to alleviate her symptoms. 420 grams were removed from the right side and 350 grams from the left side. Post-op results at 18 months.
