This is a patient who came in with complaints of drooping breasts as well as large breasts causing back pain. The patient underwent bilateral breast reduction and the results are an early post-operative result showing the patient only two weeks after her surgery. At the time of surgery 350 grams of tissue were removed per side giving the patient not only smaller breasts and breasts that are lifted but also shape and size that fit her body appropriately. The patient also had complete relief of her back pain symptoms and bra straps digging into her shoulders.
