A Browlift/Midface lift was performed along with a Fat Transfer (Fat Contouring) under the eyes, around the mouth, along the jawline and in the cheeks. This patient not only had laxity in her skin, which required a surgical lifting procedure, but also had a loss of volume (fat). After lifting the underlying tissue from the brow, sometimes it's necessary to remove a small amount of tissue from the upper eyelid. The cheek or fat pad was repositioned through a hidden incision in the hairline(this accomplished the Midface Lift). The Midface Lift along with volume replacement smoothed out deep lines around her mouth and nasal area and created a more defined jawline. This is a 56 year old female from Ganesvoort, NY. This a middle-aged woman presented to have her upper eyes and brows addressed. She was not only having problems seeing but by the end of most days, she was not only extremely tired but was also tired of looking tired. She did extensive research and sought a consultation with Dr. Williams, an expert in facial rejuvenation. Her issues were primarily confined to the upper eyes and forehead, so she underwent an upper eyelid tuck and forehead lift, which is commonly referred to as a brow lift procedure. This procedure was performed using an endoscopic technique, whereby very small incisions in the scalp were used to lift and elevate the forehead and brow tissue back where it belonged. A small sliver was also taken from her upper eyelids.
