This delightful patient was most bothered by the turkey neck which you can really see in the front as well as the saggyness around her mouth and the deep wrinkling around her mouth as well. She's always had a round face but she feels that she's aged very significantly in the past few years. She wanted to have the turkey neck addressed but did not want to be over pulled or over tightened. It was important to her that she looked very natural. The wrinkling around her mouth is really bothered her and she never had plastic surgery for fear of looking unnatural. After doing extensive research she found Dr. Williams and wanted to know his opinion. He recommended the Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift with Buccal Fat removal, and extended CO2 laser in the area around her mouth. He informed her that that area would stay somewhat red for a couple of months but it was the most effective way to treat the deep wrinkling in the area around her mouth.
