This patient is a 61 year old female from Wyantskill, New York. It was important to her to meet with a Facelift Specialist, after doing extensive research, she scheduled a consultation with Dr. Edwin Williams in his Latham, New York clinic to discuss her options. After meeting with Dr. Williams she decided to proceed with a Facelift. You can see her cheeks were moved up which helped the appearance of her lower eyelids, the nasolabial folds were softened and her jawline became more defined and the excess tissue on her neck is not seen anymore. Natural looking plastic surgery is all about balance. A Chin Implant was inserted along with Facial Liposuction to remove fat under the chin. This patient also had an Upper Lid Blepharoplasty to remove excess skin along with a Lower Lid Blepharoplasty. Fat transfers were performed under her eyelids and also on the mid-face for an extremely natural looking result. This patient feels that she looks 15 years younger and is happy that she accomplished her goals of not looking pulled and or tight.

This patient saw Dr. Williams and she was not liking the aging that was developing in the lower part of her face. She's always been somewhat self-conscious of her chin and wanted to get his opinion. She felt like she no longer had a jawline and was bothered by the gelling that was developing as well as the settling had occurred in her mid-face. She underwent a chin augmentation with some conservative liposuction and a minimal access deep plane lift of the lower face, mid face and neck by Dr. Williams. As you can see it was very effective in the mid face, area around her mouth, jawline and her neck. She did not want to look pulled or tight and was very concerned that she would have a natural outcome. This patient also wanted a tummy tuck. So at the Williams center, we coordinated Dr. Williams and Dr. Polynice’s schedule to accommodate her so she can have a tummy tuck at the same time by Dr. Polynice’s who is our specialist and also have her deep plane facelift by Dr. Williams.

This patient said her face looked like it was sad, angry, or mad and people would ask her about it. She was tired of her face not matching how she felt inside, which was usually happy. She said once she had the deep plane facelift surgery she didn't feel much pain during the recovery process. She is now 9 weeks out and looks refreshed while finally feeling like her internal happiness is reflected on the outside.

This 65 year old patient traveled from out of town for an opinion on a Deep Plane Lower Face and Neck Lift procedure. He was concerned with how blunt his jawline appeared. The jaw is slightly less angular, the mid face is lifted, and the under eye area is much more youthful looking.

This is a patient who was starting to become very bothered by the excess skin on her neck and the heaviness that she noticed on the bottom part of her face. She was also bothered by the fact that she was looking more and more tired. She was looking for an opinion from Dr. Williams and he discussed with her that an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well as a deep plane lower face and neck lift would address all of her concerns. Like many patients turning 50, this patient was starting to see her age and it showed itself in the areas below her eyes, which we refer to as the mid-face area, as well as the neck and jawline region. She traveled from Saint Thomas to have the surgery performed. She underwent an Extended Deep Plane Facelift procedure.
