"From eight or nine consultations, from NYC to Boston, I decided Dr. Williams was the surgeon for my facelift," This patient is five months post-op from her procedure, you can see in the photos this patient previously had settling of soft tissue and prominent platysmas bands. These areas were a source of concern for her for quite some time. Fast forward to her results, she has improvement of volume in her mid-face and jawline. This delightful patient is six months post-op from her deep plane facelift, buccal fat removal, brow lift, 25% TCA chemical peel, and upper blepharoplasty. She spent some time doing her research for the past year and decided at her age it was time for a facelift. As you can see, she has some swelling from her procedure along with redness along her incision line which is expected during recovery. This patient underwent a deep plane facelift, fat grafting to her lower lids and midface, customized TCA peel, and an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. With the combination of procedures, you can see the significant improvement of her volume loss and laxity in her mid-face and jawline. This patient was mostly bothered by her heavy neck. She felt like she has aged considerably over the past few years and came to see me with one of her girlfriends who was also contemplating Facial Rejuvenation surgery. In her consultation with Dr. Williams, she said that she felt heaviness in her neck with a lot of extra tissue and described it as a “turkey neck.” We performed Liposuction, an Extended Deep Plane Facelift, and Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty. You can see from in upper eyes, she looks much more refreshed, but we did not change the shape of her eyes at all. Her smile lines and folds look better and much softer. We also lifted her skin in her mid-face through the Deep Plane approach and corrected her neck and jawline as well. He think she looks very natural and is very happy for her because we achieved exactly what she was looking for.

This delightful patient was most bothered by the turkey neck which you can really see in the front as well as the saggyness around her mouth and the deep wrinkling around her mouth as well. She's always had a round face but she feels that she's aged very significantly in the past few years. She wanted to have the turkey neck addressed but did not want to be over pulled or over tightened. It was important to her that she looked very natural. The wrinkling around her mouth is really bothered her and she never had plastic surgery for fear of looking unnatural. After doing extensive research she found Dr. Williams and wanted to know his opinion. He recommended the Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift with Buccal Fat removal, and extended CO2 laser in the area around her mouth. He informed her that that area would stay somewhat red for a couple of months but it was the most effective way to treat the deep wrinkling in the area around her mouth. She underwent the deep plane face and neck lift, liposuction, and buccal fat pad removal as well as the extended CO2 laser. She's happy with her neck and jaw line and is happy that the lines around her mouth are gone.
