She never did like her nose and she knew she had a little bit of a chin she recalls our conversation about balance and the size of her nose. She also has some extra skin in her upper eyes. In consultation we discussed a deep plane facelift, rhinoplasty and a conservative chin augmentation to bring everything imbalance.
