This patient is a 45 year old female from Cohoes, New York.   This is a very delightful middle age women of Hispanic descent who has been very bothered by her nose.  She wanted the closed approach to Rhinoplasty so she could avoid the incision at the base of her nose and the prolonged swelling.  After extensive research, she found Rhinoplasty Specialist, Dr. Williams located in Latham, New York, who performed a Rhinoplasty, not only taking her hump down but fixed her drooping tip by using a shield graft strusts and very small rim graft.  The tip has been rebalanced and she is thrilled with her new profile.  She even feels her front view looks more improved and a lot less bulbus.  This patient was willing to show the results of her Closed Endonasal Rhinoplasty.
