This patient had complaints of looking tired. She had uneven puffiness under her eyes. A lower lid Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and Fat Transfer (Fat Contouring) was performed. This plastic surgery procedure helped to take away that tired look.

This man is in his eary fifties and decided that he wanted to get rid of the tired look that he had under his eyes. He decided to have a cosmetic surgery procedure called a Lower Lid Blepharoplasty and Fat Contouring. A small amount of bulging fat was removed and fat obtained from the area around his belly button was artistically placed where he had hollowness. Excess skin on his lower lids was removed. This picture (on right) was taken early post operatively and shows the slight incision line on the lower lid that will fade with time.

As we age, we tend to lose fat in our face especially along the orbital rim. Dr. Williams sculptures the face by using the patients own fat to replenish that which has been lost. This patient also had a lower lid blepharoplasty performed.

Part of the aging process is loss of volume or fat. It is important to replace that loss to achieve a rested look. Fat transfers can basically last for years; unfortunately, we continue to lose fat as we age. Looking at this patient’s results you can see the deep indented area under her eyes is filled in, softer appearing and her cheeks have more definition. She also had a upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.

This young woman was concerned with looking tired and circles were begining to show under her eyes. She is in her early thirties and the loss of volume due to the loss of fat was the cause of her tired appearance. This procedure was done under local anesthesia with oral sedation. Dr. Williams performed Carbon Dioxide Laser and full face fat transfers to achieve a natural young appearance. The laser smoothed out wrinkles and the fat transfer helped to plump them up. It is a known fact that as we age we lose fat in our faces. Dr. Williams often will offer to his patients’ fat transfer along with other procedures which enhances the overall results.In this angled view of the patient, you are able to appreciate the smoothness of her skin and how much younger she looks!

The patient has deep nasolabial creases (smile lines). Following Radiance, the creases are nearly erased and she has a much younger appearance.

Aging of the eyelids really adds to our appearance of looking tired. An upper and lower lid Blepharoplasty along with fat transfer to the lower lids was performed.

Combination of different procedures are often performed to achieve the look the patient wants. Fat transfers (lipo transfers) under her eyes, midface (cheeks) and around her mouth helped to replenish volume that is lost through the natural aging process. Threadlifting of the midface and neck helped to lift the skin. Dr. Williams no longer offers the threadlift procedure as on option to current patients. He feels that there are other options which yield longer lasting results with more minimal downtime.

This patient decided to have a non-surgical cosmetic procedure. Fat was removed through a very small incision in the area of her belly button and artistically placed deep in the tissue. This patient wanted to improve the lower 1/3 of her face which included her jowls and neck. While the weekend lift improves the jowls it does not affect the neck. Dr. Williams offered to this patient an extended weekend lift which not only addresses the jowls but also the neck. Not all patients are candidates for the extended weekend lift.
