This patient had a small amount of fat removed from the area of the belly button. Dr Williams then places it deep within the muscle following the natural structure of your face. Volume loss in the face is part of the natural aging process. In this patient, fat was placed in the lower eyelids, midface, along the jaw line and around the mouth. She also had an upper and lower lid Blepharoplasty.

This patient wanted to improve the tired look she had caused by a combination of loose skin and the loss of volume (fat) in her lower eyelid and midface area. She decided to have a plastic surgery procedure called a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). This patient also has festoons. They are seen in the 2nd area of pouching, triangular in shape, that usually lie around your cheek bone. "I only wish I had done this years ago. Wrinkles and loss of fat under the eyes is a result of the aging process. The combination of both creates a tired look. Restoring the loss of fat helps to improve the hollowness and the appearance of dark circles. This patient also had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty.

This patient is an example of a non-surgical cosmetic makeover. BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments were performed in the glabella (area between the eye brows) and the brow. Notice in the after picture how you can see more of her upper eyelids and how much brighter she looks. Radiesse (1.6cc) was also used to fill or plump up lines around her mouth. The lines around her mouth are still present but are much softer.

This patient had hollowness along her orbital rim (and under her eyes at the level of her cheeks), deep nasal folds and marionette lines. 4 vials of Radiesse were used to improve the appearance of her lines and give her a natural youthful look.

This patient was bothered by her marionette lines (lines from the corner of your mouth to your chin). She was treated with a Radiesse injection of 1cc to her folds. Notice how much smoother and younger that area looks
