Dr. Williams performed Carbon Dioxide Laser and full face fat transfers to achieve a natural young appearance. The laser smoothed out wrinkles and the fat transfer helped to plump them up. It is a known fact that as we age we lose fat in our faces. Dr. Williams often will offer to his patients’ fat transfer along with other procedures which enhances the overall results.In this angled view of the patient, you are able to appreciate the smoothness of her skin and how much younger she looks! This is a side view of the patient. Notice the color and texture of her skin along with the improvement of wrinkling. Dr. Williams accomplished this with the use of the Carbon Dioxide Laser and fat transfers. This is a close up of the patient’s area around her mouth. Most of the wrinkles are gone. Vertical lines in the area around the lip line are caused from very active muscles. Some people develop these lines and others don’t. Even after correctness of these lines, Dr. Williams encourages patients to continue with Botox treatments in this area to prevent these lines from forming again.

A Browlift/Midface lift was performed along with a Fat Transfer (Fat Contouring) under the eyes, around the mouth, along the jawline and in the cheeks. This patient not only had laxity in her skin, which required a surgical lifting procedure, but also had a loss of volume (fat). After lifting the underlying tissue from the brow, sometimes it's necessary to remove a small amount of tissue from the upper eyelid. The cheek or fat pad was repositioned through a hidden incision in the hairline(this accomplished the Midface Lift). The Midface Lift along with volume replacement smoothed out deep lines around her mouth and nasal area and created a more defined jawline. This young woman was concerned with looking tired and circles were begining to show under her eyes. Fat Transfers (Injections and Contouring)

A Weekend Lift/Neck Lift and Fat transfers to the areas between her brow (glabella), lower eyelids, midface, pre jowls and around her mouth were performed. Look at how rested she looks now! The line between her brow is softened, circles under her eyes are gone, as are the lines around her mouth and she now has a more defined jaw and neck line. Cosmetic surgical lifting procedures are often augmented by volumizing with fat transfers to achieve these results.

This is a 70 year old woman who was tired of the puffiness under her eyes. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to create this natural, less tired result. Fat transfers to the lower eyelid area and mid-face was also done at the same time. These results shown are one year after having these procedures.

Fat Tranfers (or Fat Contouring) were performed to add volume to the area under her eyes. They helped to soften the circles that made her look tired. A small incision was made in the abdomen near the belly button and a small amount of fat was removed. This precedure was performed under oral sedation with local anesthesia.

As we age, we tend to lose fat in our face especially along the orbital rim. Dr. Williams sculptures the face by using the patients own fat to replenish that which has been lost. This patient also had a lower lid blepharoplasty performed.

Hollowness under the eyes is part of the aging process. We lose volume in our faces over time. That volume was restored with fat transfers from fat obtained through a small incision made around the belly button and transferred to under her eyes and along her cheeks. This helped to restore a more youthful appearance.

This man is in his eary fifties and decided that he wanted to get rid of the tired look that he had under his eyes. He decided to have a cosmetic surgery procedure called a Lower Lid Blepharoplasty and Fat Contouring. A small amount of bulging fat was removed and fat obtained from the area around his belly button was artistically placed where he had hollowness. Excess skin on his lower lids was removed.
