This is a woman who presented to Dr. Williams initially looking for an opinion regarding facial rejuvenation surgery. She was contemplating a facelift but was extremely bothered by the wrinkling in the area of the mouth. She felt that her face aged her considerably and made her look tired and haggard. She consulted with Dr. Williams who actually did not perform a facelift but rather recommended a full face fat grafting or fat transfer procedure in conjunction with a full face carbon dioxide laser skin resurfacing.
